Keylite Roof Windows (Keylite), part of The Keystone Group, has promoted Lee Squelch from National Account Manager to Regional Sales Director (GB), to further strengthen Keylite’s offering to its valued merchant partners across the UK.
Lee has been an integral member of the Keylite team for six and a half years, spending four years as an Area Sales Manager (ASM) before being promoted to National Account Manager, and now Regional Sales Director (GB).
Lee’s new role will see him working closely with the full UK sales team, as well as merchant customers, helping support the team in promoting Keylite as the roof window of choice.
With many years’ experience as an ASM himself, Lee comments: “One of the things I love most is seeing other people succeed and reach their potential, so this new role overseeing a team of around 15 sales specialists is perfect for me.
“I want to champion my team and encourage them to be the best they can be, both for themselves, and for our customers. We have an interesting and diverse team, and I’m looking forward to building on our strong relationships so that we can provide the very best service.”
