Lancashire-based aluminum manufacturer and supplier, FrameX, has launched a new high-performance sliding door system called FX-72.

With a lead time from just two weeks, this high-quality range of sliding doors is perfect for both commercial and domestic projects.

Tim Mooney, Managing Director of FrameX, added: “FX-72 is designed to meet current and future building regulations and we don’t doubt the popularity of this product will be huge.”

As well as being a great feature within properties, FX-72’s smooth sliding system comes with an integrated locking system reaching PAS24 standards, which guarantees security. This is another crucial aspect for all builders and architects to consider.

With an effortless glide, the FX-72 consists of 10 wheels per panel, with a 220kg wheel set as standard – ideal for robust projects.

Tim also added: “A great feature of this product is its thermal efficiency, which makes this product very appealing for builders and architects, especially during the current energy crisis. FX-72 can achieve 1.3 W/m2K U-value using double glazing and 0.9 W/M2K U value using triple glazing.”

FrameX has an ongoing commitment to delivering high quality aluminium products to builders and architects across the country.
