Affordable Windows ramps up customer support with Timberlook ‘Installer Packs’

Affordable Window Systems has launched a new ‘Installer Pack’ which will be made available free of charge to installers of the popular heritage uPVC brand Timberlook.

The packs are designed to provide new and existing installers with everything they need to promote and install Timberlook flush sash windows and doors.

As well as a practical dummy sash removal tool, the packs include branded Timberlook apparel such as a hoodie, t-shirt, cap and beanie hat, allowing installers to showcase their affiliation with the Timberlook brand and boost customer confidence.

Affordable Window Systems, one of the UK’s leading trade suppliers, has always placed special emphasis on installer support.

The new packs build on the in-house lead generation, marketing brochures and technical specifications, free-of-charge sample windows and dedicated account managers the firm already provides.

“We’re dedicated to fostering strong partnerships with our installers, and their success is our top priority,” says Amelia Gaughan, Head of Marketing at Affordable Window Systems.

“We’ve made it even easier for our customers to place orders by having our range available on Tommy Trinder’s Framepoint® platform, and we’ve invested in offering marketing resources and in-house lead generation for our Timberlook customers.

“Originally, when embarking on our lead generation mission, we were aiming for an average of 200-250 leads per month. We are thrilled to announce that, as of the start of this year, we are currently averaging out at over three times this amount – with the vast majority being strong leads at that!

“There is no doubt that leads such as these have contributed to our milestone of over 65,000 flush sash frames being manufactured since the launch of Timberlook just seven years ago.

“And now, by equipping installers with branded apparel, we can help them showcase their Timberlook affiliation, project a professional image, and ultimately win more business within the booming heritage market.”
