Xlaslide excels with new ultra-slim interlock

One of the market’s slimmest aluminium sliding door systems just got slimmer.

Xlaslide was already one of the leading products in its class, thanks to its mix of heavy-duty performance, style and versatile aesthetics.

Now, the product has been upgraded yet further with a new ultra-slim interlock that’s just 32mm in width.

This makes it even more able to capitalise on the widespread popularity of sleek, minimalistic aesthetics.

The three-track aluminium sliding door allows for large sections of continuous glass, perfect for both commercial and contemporary residential settings.

Its heavy-duty roller system ensures panels slide effortlessly, and the product delivers a high level of thermal efficiency.

Like many Exlabesa products, Xlaslide also suites with other offerings in the company’s range – it can be easily coupled with 75mm systems to provide fixed or opening sidelights, for example, and uses beads and gaskets from the 75 and 51 ranges to help reduce stockholding.

Designed and manufactured in the UK with the UK market in mind, Xlaslide has been tested to PAS24 standard, and comes available in an unlimited range of colours and finishes, including painting and anodising.

“Demand for stylish aluminium sliding door products has soared in recent years – largely because they let homeowners flood their properties with natural light,” comments Exlabesa Sales Director Patrick Burke.

“Xlaslide was already designed to excel in every area – but we decided to introduce the slimmer interlock as a way of making them even more desirable, and help homeowners forge even stronger connections with the outside world.

“We’re confident the new and improved Xlaslide will go on to be a huge success.”
