Wolverhampton Glass shows why 4-decade reputation matters

West Midlands-based installer Wolverhampton Glass has demonstrated why reputation is so important, after a local resident used the company for a window and door install – 37 years after originally using them.

Steve Trainer originally had hardwood and satin aluminium windows fitted by Wolverhampton Glass all the way back in 1985. When they started rotting, leaking and looking rather shabby, he turned to them again to upgrade them to the Deceuninck Heritage 2800 system.

“I had always kept Wolverhampton Glass in mind due to the job they’d done when we had the original windows fitted, and then I saw an advertisement in one of our local publications,” said Mr Trainer.

“We wanted to use a local company, and the new windows are brilliant. The fitters were very quick, very thorough, and everything was as it should be. Even the neighbours were impressed, and we’ve had a few people ask us about the service.”

Neal Harper, Wolverhampton Glass’ Managing Director, said: “For Mr Trainer to keep us in mind after 37 years was brilliant and it is testament to the local reputation Wolverhampton Glass has built up over the last 45-plus years. It shows why building an excellent local name through quality products and service over many years is so vital.”

As well as new casement windows in the bathroom, kitchen, landing, porch and bay windows in the lounge and bedroom, the customer also had a new French door installed in the porch and a new patio door in the kitchen.

“The Deceuninck Heritage 2800 system was the perfect solution for the client thanks to look, performance and security,” added Neal. “The windows and doors are hugely complimentary to the property.”

It means yet another satisfied customer for Wolverhampton Glass – and shows that the service hasn’t changed, even 40 years on.Wolverhampton Glass has over 45 years of industry experience and is part of Sustainium, a group set up to acquire local home improvement companies and invest in their future.
