Market-leading independent hardware distributor Window Ware is excited to welcome Sarah Parker to the team as its new Key Accounts Manager.
The creation of this additional role is all part of the leading hardware provider’s continuing mission to get even closer to their top clients and ensure they consistently get the best service possible.
Window Ware Commercial Director, Richard Bryant, explains: “As Key Account Manager, Sarah will provide our valued key customers with a primary point of contact here at Window Ware, someone who can act as a partner to build greater trust and understanding and ensure we’re delivering exactly what they need to achieve their long-term business goals.”

Sarah has 15 years of experience within the industry, working for well-known names like Fab N Fix, Mila, FUHR, Alpro, and Würth in a variety of sales and technical support roles.
Sarah reveals: “I’ve had a lot of respect for Window Ware for a long time. I already knew they had a strong management team and a great range of products, and even in the short time I’ve been on board, I’ve been hugely impressed with the resources and processes in place to help create a really great experience for our customers.”
She goes on to say: “Over these next few months, I’ll be concentrating on building those all-important strong relationships and really getting to know not just our customers but our suppliers too. By tuning in closely to everything they’re saying, I’ll be one step ahead with identifying which upcoming products or services will satisfy my clients’ most pressing and emerging needs.”
