WINDOW WARE CONFIRMS ALUMINIUM COMMITMENT WITH CAB MEMBERSHIP

Window Ware, the award-winning hardware distributor, has strengthened its position in the aluminium market by becoming a member of the Council for Aluminium in Building (CAB).

With continued demand for its extensive range of aluminium window and door hardware and ventilation solutions, the Bedfordshire-firm has joined CAB to ensure its ever-expanding product and service offering always hits the mark. In addition to gaining industry insights and augmenting their own specialist knowledge, Window Ware will also be better placed to keep customers informed on the latest news, trends and regulation changes within the aluminium sector.

Richard Fraser, Window Ware’s Business Development Manager for Aluminium comments: “We are absolutely thrilled to become the newest member of CAB. There’s no doubt, Window Ware is more commonly recognised as a uPVC specialist, but we wanted to demonstrate that we are just as passionate and equally knowledgeable about aluminium. Joining CAB will help to affirm our dedication and expertise.

“Over the past 18 months, our aluminium range has grown exponentially. We’ve added specialist louvres from RW Simon to our product offering, become an official distributor of Caldwell’s folding opener range, and started selling Yale’s new Lockmaster multi-point lock – designed specifically for bi-folds. We believe we’ve put together an accomplished aluminium offering that combines world-class products with comprehensive technical back-up.

“We look forward to joining the council at their regular events and conferences, and getting closer to our aluminium customers, so we can ensure their needs and our products are perfectly aligned.”

Justin Ratcliffe, Chief Execute of CAB adds: “We are delighted to welcome a well-respected firm like Window Ware into CAB membership. With every firm that joins, we’re building an extensive network of industry peers and professionals, all working together to maintain high standards and promote quality within the growing aluminium market. Window Ware have immediately engaged with our technical and marketing activities and this engagement is so crucial to maximising membership value. We look forward to working closely with their team on our upcoming events, meetings and technical briefings.”

Window Ware’s aluminium offering contributes to a 6500-strong range of unique products encompassing window and door hardware, factory tools and consumables. The company’s commitment to delivering these products on time and in full was recently recognised with a ‘Service Excellence’ award at SME Bedfordshire Business Awards and as a finalist for ‘Customer Care Initiative’ at the G18 Awards.
