Vista Panels Ltd, the industry’s largest composite door and PVCu panel fabricator, has seen two staff members reach an important career milestone.
Sales administrators Debbie Marsden and Jason Martin are both celebrating their 20-year anniversary with the company, having spent two decades forging strong relationships with Vista’s long-term and loyal customer base.
Managing Director Keith Sadler comments: “Since Debbie and Jason joined Vista in 2003, the industry has seen many changes. The humble fax machine and written out order form were how most orders were placed when they started, compared to the more digital formats and online processes we have today.
“The market has also seen the emergence of composite doors like Vista’s market-leading XtremeDoor, and during that time, the company also saw two major buyouts, becoming part of the Eurocell group.
“Throughout all this, it is comforting to know that Vista has a core of long-term employees who not only know our products inside and out, but also understand our clients and their specific needs.
“I’m very proud to see Debbie and Martin reach this prestigious milestone. They are both valued members of the Vista team, and it’s this longevity of service that gives our customers the confidence that their business is valued and well looked after by experienced staff who understand their needs.
“It makes for a really friendly atmosphere here at Vista to have staff like Debbie and Jason – they’ve been right outside my door for two decades, despite all the changes the industry has faced and the growth the company has seen.
