A lot of people are celebrating the end of 2020 – but thriving sash window manufacturer Victorian Sliders has more reason than most.
The fast-growing Welsh firm hasn’t just defied coronavirus to have the most successful twelve-month period in its history, but has also been named the winner in the National Fenestration Awards’ Vertical Sliding Window Company category for the second year running.
The NFAs are the fenestration industry’s only democratic award scheme, decided by thousands of votes cast by people throughout the sector – and Victorian Sliders won the support of hundreds of customers, suppliers and friends across the country.
“We’re absolutely delighted to be named winners for the second year running,” comments Group Managing Director Andy Jones.
“Like everyone, we’ve had a very stressful and challenging 2020, but the whole team has pulled together to deliver an excellent result – we have manufactured 83,000 windows this year, 24.5% more than 2019.
“I want to pay tribute to all my colleagues, and the way they’ve dealt with the pandemic – and to thank everyone who took the time to vote for us.
“I also want to thank the thousands of customers who’ve continued to support us throughout 2020.
