Gary Cox, Director at Total Hardware, said: “We have always valued our close relationship with Yale, which brings benefits for both us and our customers. Over the time we have worked closely with the Yale team, and we share business synergies to make sure we offer the best in hardware solutions.”

Paul Atkinson, Managing Director of Yale, added: “There’s a strong relationship and history between Total Hardware and Yale. Obviously the business aspect benefits both organisations immensely and both have grown organically together over the years. The personal relationships and understanding across the two businesses have worked well to deliver hardware solutions that benefit the fabricator and homeowner.”

Gary highlights the benefits of the strength of the partnership for Total Hardware’s customers. “Yale is a household name in building security and it’s a brand consumers trust. Our large portfolio of Yale products mean we can be a one stop Yale shop which our customers really find convenient.”

Total Hardware stocks tried-and-tested Yale solutions such as the best-selling Lockmaster Door Locks, Platinum 3* Cylinders, the Extendable Window Shootbolt, the Encloser Window Lock, the Patio Lock and the Window Hinge. It also includes the latest additions to the range such as the Yale Stable Door Lock with further new Yale product introductions imminent.

Yale products are just the start of what Total Hardware has to offer. The company also offers a comprehensive range of products from industry-leading hardware brands, as well as its own exclusive brands of premium hardware, Quantum and Superior 25.

The company prides itself on its customer service too. It works hard to maintain high stock levels to ensure it can keep pace with demand. And the company continues to invest to ensure it can offer rapid turnaround times from quotation to despatch, including reliable next day deliveries nationwide.

There is also a reassuring level of stability. As its relationship with Yale demonstrates, Total Hardware prides itself on having strong partnerships with the leading hardware manufacturers to ensure it can offer a comprehensive range of high-quality products at prices that help its customers maintain their competitive advantage in the marketplace.

It all adds up to a strong offering that adds value to a business and it’s why many of Total Hardware’s customers have been with the company since it was founded in 2004.
