Sarah Binns, Head of Internal Sales and Marketing at Window Ware is celebrating 20 years with the award-winning independent hardware distributor.
Sarah began her Window Ware journey back in 1999, joining the team as a Sales Co-ordinator. Following a year away from the business in 2003, Sarah returned and quickly rose through the ranks, building her knowledge and expertise across Window Ware’s broad range of services. During her tenure, Sarah has been a Business Development Executive, the manager of Window Ware’s Bedford trade counter, an Area Sales Manager and Marketing Services Manager.
In 2016, Sarah was promoted to her current role: Head of Internal Sales and Marketing. As part of the marketing team, Sarah has helped Window Ware complete a major re-brand and successfully integrate hundreds of new product lines, all while maintaining Window Ware’s longstanding commitment to service excellence.
Commenting on her work anniversary, Sarah remarks: “I am so happy to be celebrating 20 fantastic years as part of the Window Ware team. Since I started with the company two decades ago, it’s certainly been an exciting journey!
“Through every product innovation, industry trend and political or economic upheaval, Window Ware has been a constant presence in the industry, supporting customers with a superior hardware provision that has stood the test of time.
“Whilst there’s been plenty of twists and turns along the way, one thing has remained unchanged; the company’s determination to impress its customers with superb service! It’s been an honour to work with teams and individuals from across the company all united in the same mission to deliver the best possible customer experience.
