As Head of Production for a £25m turnover business, you’d be leading an extremely busy factory through its next phase of growth to manufacture more than 3000 frames per week.
This role demands a strong, experienced, high calibre and professional Head of Production. There’s no room for hiding, we’re looking for a real game-changer who thrives on driving change in a busy working environment.
Part of a £40m+ turnover Group, the business is embarking on a four-year strategy to grow by a further 50%. You’ll be reporting directly at Board level, with full accountability for the management of the manufacturing facility, including people and budgetary control. A high degree of professionalism and exceptional leadership skills are therefore critically important in the right candidate.
With a £500k factory expansion and capital investment imminent, you’ll have plenty to get your teeth into. You’ll be instrumental in driving lean, continuous improvement and ensuring exceptional product quality, whilst motivating and engaging your team to reach new heights.
