New business management software sees impressive increase amid home improvement boom

Payaca, a new software solution focused on helping home improvement businesses manage and scale their business, has grown 50% month on month following a recent surge in demand for home improvements.

In the past 12 months, as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and three national lockdowns, millions of people across the country have been unable to enjoy meals out or holidays abroad, leaving them with more money to spend on something they can enjoy – home improvement.

As such, the home improvement industry has boomed, meaning Payaca, a unique software for service businesses, has seen a huge surge in demand amongst its target market.

Helping those with small businesses within the fenestration industry, as well as plumbers, electricians, gardeners and builders, Payaca allows them to create professional quotes and invoices, add optional extras for automated upselling, and collect e-signatures and record agreements.

It can also automatically calculate profit margins from cost prices, track performance analytics, and offers finance options in quotes with no FCA authorisation required.

Through its unique service, Payaca levels out the playing field between large companies and smaller businesses, such as window and door installers, who would otherwise struggle to offer the same convenient features.

The company has also recently launched a new website aimed at helping small traders boost conversions and make higher-value sales, and have also revamped their mobile app, allowing users to easily access their unique services.

Payaca Founder and CEO Matt Franklin comments: “Many people within the industry were turning to technology as a way to compete with larger, more established companies, and that’s where Payaca comes in.

“We’re very focused on supporting ambitious home improvement businesses in their growth plans, and we’re at an exciting stage where we are speaking with our customers every day and quickly rolling out new features to meet their needs.”
