MORE THAN FINANCE: IMPROVEASY ‘HIGHLY COMMENDED’ AT NATIONAL ENERGY EFFICIENCY AWARDS

Improveasy, the specialist provider of finance for the home improvement industry, was highly commended at the prestigious National Energy Efficiency Awards, finishing runners-up for the coveted ‘Provider of the Year’ award.

Whilst Improveasy will be known to many in the glazing sector for their range of consumer finance options, it’s just one part of their operation. Their success at the National Energy Efficiency Awards recognises the achievements of Improveasy’s ECO team, who draw down government funding for installers to deliver free-of-charge heating and insulation measures.

As part of ECO (the Energy Company Obligation), which aims to improve housing stock in the UK, Improveasy has helped 291 installers within 41 local authorities improve over 4,000 homes in just one year. In total, Improveasy’s ECO team helped installers complete 5,131 energy saving measures, saving over 180,000 tonnes of carbon.

Adrian Hicks, Improveasy’s Senior Account Manager comments: “We are absolutely thrilled to receive such incredible recognition at the National Energy Efficiency Awards. To be recognised as one of the country’s leading ECO providers is incredibly humbling, and a fantastic testament to the hard work and dedication of our talented ECO team.

“Our continued success in this arena really demonstrates the size and scale of our operation here at Improveasy. Whilst our role as a managing agent within ECO makes up a large proportion of what we do, we’re seeing incredible demand among glazing companies and installers for our consumer finance options.

“All in all, it makes Improveasy the ideal finance and funding partner for installers, home improvement companies and for tradespeople. Not only do customers have the confidence of working with a reputable and proven provider, they have the opportunity to really diversify which is incredibly valuable in this challenging economic climate.”

Improveasy offers finance for a full range of home improvements including windows, doors, conservatories and extensions. These options, which include 0% APR, ‘Buy Now Pay Later’ and 10-year finance, can be offered at the point of sale with online applications and decisions in minutes.
