In many ways, it was the perfect festival experience – a top line-up on the main stage, great music, a chilled-out vibe, no mud and not a single rain cloud in sight.

Festival fever hit the FIT Show this year thanks to an action-packed stand powered by the two biggest names in glazing industry marketing – Purplex and Insight Data – and it proved a popular destination for visitors wanting to learn about the latest marketing thinking and strategies.

The Marketing Festival hosted nine highly informative seminars per day, with speakers discussing everything from the latest trends in social media, through to brand building and the impact of GDPR.

No festival is complete without a headline act, and in this instance it was Purplex and Insight Data CEO Andrew Scott, who hosted a seminar entitled ‘seven secrets to scaling your business.’ Andrew has acquired, built and sold several companies in the glazing industry, and this seminar outlined some of the strategies Andrew has used to help hundreds of companies double or even triple their sales and profits.

All seminar speakers were on fine, festival-fuelling form and attendees did their best to cram in as much marketing insight as they could across the three days.

Andrew Scott, founder of Purplex and Insight Data, commented: “The Marketing Festival was hugely well received at this year’s FIT Show and it was great to welcome so many people to our stand and our seminars.

“Businesses across the industry understand how vital marketing is to success and it was fantastic to be able to provide advice on the latest marketing developments and how to implement them.

If you missed the seminars or want to learn more about how Purplex or Insight Data can help your business grow, please feel free to get in touch and I or my team will be happy to discuss further.”
