Internal promotions at Central secure path for business growth

Recent internal promotions at Central Window Systems have seen the full solution fabricator strengthen its senior management team, gearing up the company to meet increased demand for its high quality PVCu and aluminium products.

With over 40 years of combined experience, the three promotions are set to help speed up production processes and improve the company’s already excellent customer service.

Jason Lloyd, who has been with the company for 16 years, is now the new Customer Services Director, Keiron Patel, who has been with the company for 14 years, is the new Customer Services Manager, while Stuart Bullock, who’s been with Central for 11 years, is the new Business Systems Manager.

With the rest of Central’s senior management team, the trio are working to meet increased demand, cut lead times to a minimum, and ensure great customer service across the company’s PVCu and aluminium divisions.

They have also played a vital role in Central’s recent factory expansion, which saw the company increase its total manufacturing capacity to 52,000 square feet, allowing for the production of around 1,500 frames per week.

Central Window Systems CEO Gary Morton comments: “Jason, Keiron and Stuart have all been with the business for a long time, and with their recent promotions, we’ve been able to secure a very rounded, solid team across operations, finance and sales.

“I genuinely don’t see demand slowing for quite some time, and by investing in our products, our brand and capital, as well as our people, we’ve managed to secure a really solid foundation from which to grow.”

Central Window Systems provides an outstanding range of aluminium, PVCu windows, doors and conservatories, as well as extensive curtain wall and roof light systems.
