Insight Data reveals who is winning the installer brand battle in 2020

With the demise of Synseal/Aperture, and a 40% reduction in fabricators over the last 5 years, many installers have been forced to review their supply chain.

So, which brands are they choosing? Insight Data tracks installer preferences regularly and data findings show that there have been some notable shifts.

Most systems companies have seen an increase in the number of installers using their products. There are two primary reasons for this. Firstly, the number of installers in the UK has increased over the last 5 years, and secondly, many installers now offer a wider range of products.

Even so, some systems companies are gaining increased market share. The single biggest brand winner is Liniar, which has gained 417 new installers since 2015. Veka and Halo brands have both seen individual gains. Combined, they have gained the biggest overall increase with 483 more installers using Veka or Halo compared to 2015.
