Insight Data recognised by international standard for exceptional customer service

Following an intensive auditing process by BM Trada, Insight Data, the leading data supplier, has achieved the coveted ISO 9001 certification.

ISO 9001 is recognised internationally as the world’s most widely adopted Quality Management System (QMS) and it demonstrates a company’s ability to deliver high quality services to customers on a consistent basis.

By achieving the accreditation, Insight Data has now joined the 1% of elite UK businesses to gain certification, and firmly cemented its position as the market leading supplier of prospect data to the glazing and wider construction industry.

Alex Tremlett, Operations Manager at Insight Data comments on the achievement: “Over the last 12 months we’ve been implementing new procedures and processes to help us improve as a company and deliver the highest possible customer service for our clients.”

To keep up with the ever-changing requirements of ISO 9001, Insight Data has also designed a highly specialist QMS to help effectively assess any risks and opportunities to drive continuous improvement throughout the business.

“This latest achievement, which is recognised as an international standard, proves that the whole team is incredibly driven and determined to deliver a great customer service for our customers,” adds Alex.

“It shows we are dedicated to doing business in the right way and a certificate of this calibre will give our customers the reassurance that we do things to an incredibly high standard.”

Insight Data was established in 2006 and is a leading provider of marketing data and CRM software, exclusively in the UK construction, fenestration and glazing industries. There are five databases available with over 60,000 contacts including fenestration, local builders, architects and specifiers, builders merchants and ‘Construction File’, which contains a range of construction industry companies such as main contractors, house builders and property developers.

The 20-strong team is made up of dedicated staff who fulfil roles in the research call centre and software development unit to ensure their customers can target prospects, using real-time data and up-to-date company information.
