GGF Bids Farewell To Anda Gregory

Anda Gregory, Group Chief Development Officer for the Glass and Glazing Federation, has announced her decision to leave the organisation after 5 years, to pursue new challenges.

Initially appointed as managing director of the GGF’s commercial businesses, including FENSA, the leading competent persons scheme and issuer of compliance certificates; British Fenestration Ratings Council, the organisation behind window and door energy ratings; specialist insurance provider Installsure; and inspections arm RISA, Anda is credited with leading the renaissance of each.

As Group Chief Development Officer, a role she has held following the substantial review of the GGF Group towards the end of 2021, Anda was jointly responsible for the overall leadership of the organisation.

On announcing that she will be leaving the business, Anda said, “I want to personally thank our members for the support that many of them have given me over my time with the GGF. The passion and commitment of our members is what makes the GGF and will enable the Federation to continue its good work in making a positive difference for our members, the wider industry and consumers. This has been a difficult decision, but it is one that has been taken with a broader view of the wellbeing and future opportunities for my family. I will look back at my time with the GGF with fondness and pride.”

For the GGF, managing director John Agnew said: “Anda’s contribution to the GGF and its member companies has been extraordinary and clearly measurable. It is a far more effective organisation as a result of her leadership and contribution and we will miss her, professionally and personally.”

GGF President Natalie Little was also quick to praise Anda: “I have worked closely with Anda since I became involved with the GGF and we enjoyed a very effective professional relationship and what has become an enjoyable friendship. Anda has done much to create a more substantial and effective platform for the GGF, that will enable us to continue adding benefits to members of each of our divisions, and to become an even more influential organisation for the wider glass and glazing industries.”
