G Awards Once Again Recognise Ultraframe for Customer Care

After picking up the award for Customer Care Initiative at the last G Awards in 2019, Ultraframe is thrilled to once again be a contender for the same award in the 2021 awards shortlist. This year, the company, and its digital marketing partner ICAAL are shortlisted for the Lockdown Toolkit, which helped Ultraframe customers to trade remotely during the pandemic.

Commenting on the shortlist announcement, Ultraframe Marketing Director, Alex Hewitt, said: “Back in March 2020 when the first lockdown was announced, remote selling was a new and for many, daunting, proposition. We knew that we had to step in and help our customers to trade through these unprecedented times, and working with our longstanding digital partner, ICAAL, we quickly devised and launched our Lockdown Toolkit. It’s a digital toolbox to help customers generate and capture leads and sell remotely. We defined and created a range of remote selling tools that were simple to use, delivered real results, and best of all, were mostly free!”

The Lockdown Toolkit has been a huge success and was used by large numbers of Ultraframe customers during the first lockdown and the various tiers that followed across the rest of 2020, which meant that usual ways of selling were disrupted. Due to its astonishing success, Ultraframe announced further additions to the Lockdown Toolkit when the January 2021 lockdown was announced.

Digital Tools within the Lockdown Toolkit include chatbots, a quoting engine, virtual appointment add-on, proposal generators, virtual reality tours, and more. Ultraframe customers also have access to an advanced ICAAL CRM system at a subsidised rate which allows them to manage leads right through the sales funnel.

Chris Tahmasaby, CEO of ICAAL, said: “It’s fantastic for this superb Customer Care initiative to have been recognised. Both ICAAL and Ultraframe worked extremely hard to quickly create a strategic marketing toolkit that genuinely added value at a very challenging time for the market. The results have been superb with many installers continuing to realise substantial benefits from their digital presence.”

Concluding, Alex said: “We’d like to wish everyone shortlisted the best of luck for the G Awards. It’s fantastic that large scale events such as this are able to take place again and give well deserved recognition across the industry.”
