Working alongside contractors, Stepnell Ltd, and architects, Harris Irwin Architects, Framexpress fitted its higher spec as standard range of Optima PVCu windows and doors in the new Cinnamon Care Home, located in Hagley. The products installed consisted of its Chamfered PVCu Windows, PVCu Double Doors and Single Leaf Doors. Each product not only offers a sleek and modern finish – with Anthracite Grey and White colour options being used externally and internally – but they also benefited from 4mm toughened outerpane glass, PAS 24 certification, Chrome key or level locking handles and a 18mm argon filled super spacer cavity. Steve Hollins, Project Manager at Stepnell LTD, talked about the project and says: “Framexpress have been a pleasure to work with throughout the build of Cinnamon Care. They not only provided us with first class products, but the efficiency and workmanship were second to none. With more than 25 years in the industry, their experience really shone through as the whole team were professional and came to the site with a can-do attitude every day.

We’re looking forward to working with the Framexpress team again soon, as well as using their top-quality products.”

Sarah Price, Framexpress’ Commercial Sales Manager, discussed working with Stepnell for the new care home build saying: “It’s fantastic to see the Cinnamon Care Home project come together. At Framexpress, we pride ourselves on supplying high-quality, high specification products as standard and to have our quality recognised for not one, but two projects is incredibly rewarding.
