Epwin Window Systems products deliver on the transformation of individually-designed detached home

Optima and PatioMaster products from Epwin Window Systems have been fitted in a six-week installation project as part of a complete refurbishment and upgrade of an individually-designed detached home in Conwy, Wales.

The high-end domestic project, undertaken by L Pearce Home Improvements, involved transforming a bungalow into a two-storey home. The property has panoramic views over beautiful countryside and the homeowners were keen to make the most of the vista while still retaining the character of the building.

L Pearce Home Improvements installed four sets of PatioMaster doors including a largescale 4 pane sliding door with arched top on an upper floor balcony. The refurbishment was completed with Optima casement windows and doors along with a stand-out three metre 4-pane picture window to the front elevation. All products were manufactured in Antique Oak to fit the traditional character of the home and fabricated by longstanding Epwin Window Systems’ fabricator Heritage Trade Frames.

Luke Pearce, founder of L Pearce Home Improvements, said: “The slimline profile and large glass area of the PatioMaster sliding doors and the superior aesthetics of Optima were perfect for this project because they maximise the views.”

He added: “The homeowners are delighted, as are we. We’ve been installing Optima and PatioMaster since the business opened three years ago. They are high-quality systems that allow us to capitalise on high-end domestic projects with exacting standards like this project.”

He explained: “The products are easy-to-fit, which saves us time on site. Homeowners are always impressed with the quality too. Product operation, especially on the sliding doors, is very high-end and delivers on exacting expectations.”

L Pearce Home Improvements is one of North Wales’ specialist installers of high-quality PVC-U and aluminium products. The company has just opened a showroom in Rhos-on-Sea in North Wales where customers can see the quality of the products for themselves.

And in installations like this one, customers can also see what a transformational difference high quality products manufactured by an experienced fabricator and fitted by a specialist installer can make.
