Award-winning hardware distributors, Window Ware have once again bolstered their expert team with not one, but two new appointments.
Olivia Dalton and Hannah Mattu have both joined the Bedfordshire firm as Window Ware’s new Sales Co-ordinators. In their roles, Olivia and Hannah will support both the internal and external sales teams to ensure they meet the needs of customers efficiently and effectively.
Speaking about her new role, Olivia comments: “I’m delighted to be a part of the fantastic team here at Window Ware. As sales co-ordinators, we are usually the first point of contact for customer orders and enquiries. That means we play a major role in making a positive first impression and helping the sales teams maintain the high-levels of service our customers have come to expect. It’s a big responsibility but I’m definitely up for the challenge!”
Hannah adds: “This is an exciting opportunity to work with an experienced team that’s renowned for offering great customer service. I’m looking forward to getting to know our customers and adding my skills to the team. There’s still lots to take in but everyone here has been really helpful and it’s easy to learn among friends.”

The new recruits will be helping customers to order from Window Ware’s expansive range of window and door hardware, factory tools, fixings and consumables. Their renowned customer service, along with their next-day delivery service saw the Bedfordshire team recognised with an SME Bedfordshire Business Award and a G18 Award nomination for ‘Customer Care Initiative of the Year’.
