Direct Trade Windows celebrates 21 year milestone

Leading trade supplier Direct Trade Windows is celebrating its 21st anniversary this year, marking an important milestone for the Slough-based company.

Originally manufacturing PVC, Direct Trade Windows opened its doors in 2001, and has since come on leaps and bounds.

Today, the leading supplier now exclusively manufactures steel-look aluminium, and works from a state-of-the-art factory.

Since switching to aluminium, Direct Trade has always supplied a wide range of Smart products, including the Smart Alitherm Heritage range, Smart AluSpace interior doors, VS600 aluminium vertical sash windows, Smart EcoFutural commercial windows, as well as Visofold 6000 slim bi-fold doors.

In 2018, the company added Cortizo products to its offering, including casement windows, the COR Vision sliding door, and 4600 lift and slide.

Director AJ Hassanali comments: “For 21 years, we’ve been dedicated to expertly manufacturing a wide range of premium products, maintaining stable turnaround times, and providing outstanding customer support, making us the ideal supplier to the trade.

“In recent years, we’ve invested heavily in new machinery, allowing us to not only ramp up production and keep up with demand, but to supply bespoke products that many other fabricators often turn down.

“We’ve also recently invested in software solutions to help our trade customers, including a state-of-the-art quoting app and a job tracking programme that allows us to provide extremely accurate and up to date information to our customers at all times.

“To have reached 21 years is an incredible achievement for Direct Trade Windows, and it’s all thanks to the hard work and dedication of our team, our range of high-quality products, and our commitment to exceptional customer service that’s made us the supplier of choice when it comes to premium aluminium products.

“I’d like to thank all our valued customers and suppliers for their continued support over the past 21 years – I very much look forward to seeing what the future holds for Direct Trade Windows.”
