Central Window Systems helps to transform Sutton Coldfield care home

Full solution fabricator Central Window Systems has partnered with commercial window company Sutton Designs to help transform a care home in Sutton Coldfield after being contracted to supply over 300 casement windows and 60 doors to the assisted living facility.

With 85 beds and 45 assisted living apartments, Sutton Rose is a luxury, state-of-the-art care home designed to provide a homely environment for elderly people, as well as a place for the local community to come together.

Working closely with Sutton Designs, Central supplied over 300 Optima casement windows and 60 doors from Profile 22, a fully integrated 70mm PVCu system that offers market-leading structural strength and security.

Made with a 6-chambered system, Optima casement windows come with both a high-security locking system and Cotswold stainless steel friction hinges as standard.

All the windows were fitted with open-out restrictors for the safety of the residents, while both the windows and doors were supplied in anthracite grey on white to create a sleek, modern aluminium aesthetic.

Central Window Systems Director of Sales Martyn Elwell comments: “We were delighted to work with Sutton Designs in supplying Optima windows and doors to Sutton Rose Care Home in order to provide a modern, safe, comfortable and well-equipped home for the residents.

“We’ve been proud manufacturers of Optima products for many years now, and this project is a testament to the trust we have in this high-quality range of products.”

Working from its 52,000 square foot manufacturing facility, Central Window Systems provides an outstanding range of aluminium, PVCu windows, doors and conservatories, as well as extensive curtain wall and roof light systems.
