Nic commented: “We are delighted to be celebrating this partnership milestone with Ambassador Windows. The business was one of the first companies to fabricate our Swish system and subsequently moved across to our award-winning Optima system in later years. This milestone anniversary demonstrates the depth and strength of our relationship along with Ambassador’s continued drive and focus on delivering an unbeatable service to their domestic customers.”

Founded by business directors Gareth Evans, Mike Beynon and Stephen Jones, the South-West Wales company set out to offer high-quality PVC-U windows and doors to the domestic market with a laser focussed commitment to deliver the best customer experience. It’s an ethos that is still evident today. Gareth explains:” Loyalty and continuity run throughout the business with some of our staff having been with us for over 30 years. We also have a strong repeat customer base and an excellent local reputation because we focus on quality and service at every level. We are also active in the local community, and have always strived to offer our customers the latest, most innovative products.”

The company manufacture the award-winning 70mm Optima system from Epwin Window Systems. Gareth said: “Epwin Window Systems have always offered the best in system design. The quality and aesthetics are next-level, and they have continued to support us throughout the years. With Epwin Window Systems, we have the products our customers want from a name they can trust.”

Whilst the market may have changed during the four decades, Gareth is clear as to why some things haven’t. He concludes: “We’ve needed to keep pace and adapt to the changing market over the years. But one of the few things we haven’t needed to change is our system supplier. Because throughout all the changes Epwin Windows Systems have remained stable and continued to deliver exactly what we need. Here’s to the next forty years!”
