A new retail display partnership is set to boost sales for members of Excellence as Standard, the fabricator and installer programme dedicated to promoting excellence across the window and door industry.

Excellence as Standard has teamed up with retail display experts Merit Display to enhance the customer experience and engagement within retail showrooms.   Excellence as Standard’s Programme Manager, Katie Leese commented: “It is proven that customer conversions and revenue are increased when products are professionally displayed in an engaging way that encourages interaction.”

In collaboration with Merit, various design options have been devised that will encourage customers to use the products and experience their key features while ensuring the best use of showroom floor space. The range of options includes counter-top and wall-mounted displays, modular free-standing window and door displays through to custom showroom fit-outs.

Katie said: “For customers investing in their showrooms it makes good sense to have an industry display expert working with them.  Merit Display have more than 25 years’ experience and offer both creativity and practicality to all their product display units along with a quality construction to withstand regular customer interaction. All display units can be viewed through the Excellence as Standard online member platform and ordered direct.”

Laurie Mitchell, Managing Director of Merit Display, said: “Effective retail displays enhance customer experience, encourage product engagement and increase your sales. We’re delighted to be partnering with Excellence as Standard and helping their members to boost business.”

Excellence as Standard advocates excellence at every stage of a project – from manufacturing through to the physical installation in a consumer’s home. In partnering with Merit Display on the programme, Excellence as Standard is demonstrating it has its finger on the pulse in understanding what today’s consumer wants: attractive, stylish products that they can interact with. In short, they are showing what good design is all about and helping boost sales for their member customers too.
