QUICKSLIDE BOLSTERS SALES TEAM

As a company that prides itself on the quality and depth of its customer service, West Yorkshire based fabricator, Quickslide, is pleased to announce the addition of four new sales team members, which the manufacturer says will further improve the service and support it offers to its trade partners.

Trevor Copley, who brings with him previous experience of working within the window fabrication industry, joins as an Order Processor, while Tracy Wilson – who previously worked at Quickslide in the customer services department – returns to the fold as a Sales Account Manager. Sales Account Managers Stephen Kelsey and Joshua Boyes, both of whom also have previous industry experience, complete the new team line-up.

Tom Swallow, Sales and Marketing Director, commented: “I’m delighted to welcome the new members of our sales team, and I’m especially pleased to see Tracy again as she re-joins the Quickslide family. Tracy used to manage our customer services department, so she’s perfectly placed and understands things from the post-sale point of view as well, which helps massively.

“All four have a really positive attitude, are committed to the customer experience and understand the importance of continuous improvement. Their combined industry experience is also a distinct advantage. Stephen, for instance, started manufacturing windows at the age of 16 and worked his way up from there, so he’s always lived and breathed this industry.”

Tracy Wilson commented: “I’m really happy to be back at Quickslide, and while my short-term goals have been to establish excellent working relationships with my customers, my long-term goal is to help them grow their businesses, which will in turn allow Quickslide to grow too.”

Trevor Copley added: “I’m looking forward to learning more about the large range of products at Quickslide, building relationships with customers and colleagues and using my 32 years of experience in the industry to further enhance any future roles at the company.”
